When trying to install the SPDK docs on Ubuntu 16.04 I see there is a dependency on
graphviz that is not mentioned in the README.md? Am I missing something or should that
README.md be updated to include graphviz as a dependency? It does look like the make
script is reporting the missing program but adding it to the README.md seems like a
sensible move to me?

If you installed Graphviz/dot after a previous failing run, try
deleting the output directory and rerun doxygen.
